The New York Giants beat the San Francisco 49ers in an overtime thriller, shutting up cocky Bay Area fans that tend to get way too excited about their mediocre hometown teams. The Giants will meet the Patriots again in the Super Bowl in Indianapolis. Rudy is predicting a 28-17 Giants win. In the NHL, the Rangers beat Boston in overtime, while the Islanders also had a victory against Carolina. In the NBA, the Knicks lost against Denver in double overtime. We are going into the final week at the Australian Open. And, in the Premier League, ManU beat Arsenal, Chelsea had a draw, Liverpool lost, and ManCity won against Tottenham.
