The US might get two Formula One races in 2013: One in Austin, Texas, and one in Weehawken, New Jersey (I am not kidding, I repeat, not kidding), along the Hudson River. On Monday Night Football, Jacksonville beat Baltimore. In the NHL, the Rangers beat Winnipeg. And, in the World Series, Texas beat St. Louis to take a crucial 3-2 series lead.

As you know, the Rudy Report makes everything better, no matter what. But not everyone that wants to make things better actually succeeds...

In the NFL, the Jets beat San Diego with a great come-from-behind (not in a gay way) victory. The New York Giants did not play this week. In the Premier League, Manchester City surprisingly crushed Manchester United in the top derby at Old Trafford 6-1. Arsenal won, while Liverpool had a tie, and Chelsea lost against Queens Park Rangers. In the World Series, Texas was able to tie the series against St. Louis at 2-2. And, in the NHL, both the New York Rangers and Islanders lost their respective games.

The Rudy Report says Happy Birthday to Brian Vickers, Corey Dillon, Levi Leipheimer, and German racing legend Joachim Winkelhock. On this day in 1857, Sheffield FC, the world's first soccer club, was founded in Sheffield, England.
