Preparing For Baseball Season

Written by Rudy on March 22, 2011 - 11:35 am -

The Rudy Report would like to deny rumors that Rudy will be running for President, because that position is underpaid anyways, so why bother, today on "International Goof Off Day." Everybody is looking forward to the upcoming baseball season. The Rudy Report will be supporting the New York Yankees, as always. Good news is also that the gay community is getting excited about hunks in pinstripes, hoping to land a good catch...

Catch 1_1

Ferrari driver Alonso is the best paid athlete in Formula One racing with an annual salary of 28 million Euros, followed by Michael Schumacher who makes 18 million. Leading By Example

While there are people out there that try to make the world a better place one step at a time, the Rudy Report is making all steps at the same time every day, thereby saving some time and focusing on the big picture, like today on "National Chocolate Caramel Day." There are good leaders and there are bad leaders in this world. Rudy always comments, but never judges (okay, fine, maybe sometimes). In any case, teen heartthrob Justin Bieber may turn out to be a strong leader someday, but he has to work on his greeting...

Manchester United will take on Chelsea FC in the Champions League quarterfinals, while Tottenham will face Real Madrid. The other two games will be Inter Milan vs. Schalke, and Barcelona vs. Donezk. In the NBA, the Knicks lost against Milwaukee. In the NHL, the Rangers beat Pittsburgh 5-2 on the road. And, in the NCAA men's basketball tournament, Marquette and Richmond are the surprises so far. If you're looking for a joke here, you won't find it... A new survey has found that 62.4% of readers would prefer reading the Rudy Report over moving to Fukushima in Japan, which is both wise and nice, today on "National Awkward Moments Day." Obviously, nobody is talking about Wikileaks anymore, and everyone is still talking about the Rudy Report. Why? Well, because we actually keep providing new information to you every day. For example, who knew that there would be a new power couple in the White House? I'm not suggesting anything, but it looks like Bill Clinton did it again...

There was March Madness all over the place, but no need to post results yet. Only winners will get coverage. But there were certainly some surprises! Written by Rudy on March 17, 2011 - 7:58 am -

This is another one of these typical Rudy Report Thursday editions that you have gotten used to, especially on Thursdays, which is when they usually come out, like today on "National Rudy Report Appreciation Day." As you know, Rudy loves art. Therefore, all of you must love art as well. Today, we are taking a look at something very historic. The world's first ever facepalm...

Facepalm 1_1

Renewed political clashes in the streets of Bahrain have virtually eliminated the country's chance of hosting a Formula One race this year. Several products have come on the market that function as a genuine, sometimes less annoying, replacements, like this one right here...

Dwight Howard may be traded to the Los Angeles Lakers either next season or in two years. The Rudy Report endorses Duke as the team that will go on to win the NCAA men's basketball tournament. There are bigger favorites, but Duke will do it. In the UEFA Champions League, Bayern Munich suffered a devastating loss at home against Inter Milan. They got eliminated in the last minute. The Italians probably cheated... Manchester United beat Marseille to advance to the quarterfinals. In the NBA, the Knicks lost against Indiana. And, in the NHL, the Rangers beat the Islanders 6-3.
